Check paid survey sites at home forums. See the Resource section for forums you can check to see if a survey site really pays. There are plenty of forums and sites that will give you this information for free.

Find out contact information. You must phone the number, and see if there is a real live person on the other end who seems to know about the opportunity you’re inquiring about, then, you have some evidences that this may be a legitimate chance and not one of those online paid survey scams. Please remember what you need is not only the name and number.
